The Roseau Public School Board of Directors voted April 20 to nonrenew the probationary teaching contract of Katelynne Czeh, effective May 29, 2026. Heather Magnusson introduced the resolution under M.S. 122A.40, Subd. 5; Pete Kvien seconded the motion and the board recorded all members voting in favor.
The formal resolution language in the minutes states in part: "BE IT RESOLVED, by the School Board of Independent District No. 682, that pursuant to M.S. 122A.40, Subd. 5 and the District master agreement, the teaching contract of Katelynne Czeh, a probationary teacher in Independent District No. 682 shall be nonrenewed at the end of the 2025–2026 school year, effective May 29th, 2026." The minutes note that written notice will be sent to the teacher.
