Carbondale ESD 95 approves resignations, hires and required compensation reports
Summary
Board accepted two resignations, approved multiple classified and extracurricular hires (retroactive where noted), and approved statutory salary/compensation reports required to be posted by Oct. 1.
The board approved the resignations of Jasmine Slater and LaShonda McCoy from Parrish School instructional-aide positions, and authorized multiple hires across paraprofessional, after-school, technology and coaching roles for the 2025–26 school year, many with retroactive effective dates. Motions were moved and seconded (Greer/Field and others) and passed by roll call with all members present voting yes.
The board also approved the Administrator and Teacher Salary and Benefits Report, the Administrative Compensation Report and the IMRF Compensation Report, which district staff noted are statutorily required to be board-approved and posted on the district website by Oct. 1.
