Goddard described her experience shaping policy to award bonus points for permanent supportive housing and deeply affordable projects and said she served on the working group that reviewed the rental applications. When asked about coordination with the Homelessness Planning Council (HPC), Goddard said a new permanent supportive housing study and advisory board work should yield recommendations to strengthen connections between housing funding and homelessness response.
