"The motion was made by Mrs. Jellings, seconded by Mr. Chase, and passed 5-0 by voice vote, to approve the Consent Calendar," the minutes record. The district staff listed specific items in the Consent Calendar (Action Report #25-08), including contract awards and disposal of obsolete Benchmark Advance English Language Arts materials from 2013. The board did not record separate roll-call objections to any consent items.
