"So it started off as 25 acres. They were splitting it into 7 lots," staff said when describing the parcel sizes.
Commissioner Crow made a motion to approve the final plat; Commissioner Phillips seconded and the court approved the motion by voice vote. Staff noted the lots had been reviewed through the planning process and were eligible to move forward once the court approved the plat.
