Roseau board adopts long-term facilities maintenance plan included in ten-year projection

The Roseau Public School District Board approved the Long Term Facilities Maintenance Plan at its July 16 meeting (motion by Jodee Haugen, seconded by Heather Magnusson; unanimous consent). Materials in the packet list an initial LTFM revenue figure of $462,612 (listed as the Greater of modeled revenue or statutory calculation) and show year-to-year expenditure projections, including a 2026 line item of $588,800 in estimated fiscal-year expenditures. The plan groups projects by finance-code categories such as building envelope, electrical, roofing and site projects and lists deferred capital expenditures and maintenance totals used to justify long-term planning.
Board approval was recorded as an adoption of the plan "as presented." The district will implement the plan under the district administration and incorporate the LTFM schedule into budgeting and levy planning.
