Roseau board authorizes food bids and renews MSBA, MREA memberships

On June 22 the board authorized administration to solicit bids for milk and bread for the 2026–27 academic year. The motion was made by Member Heather Magnusson, seconded by Member David Simmons and approved by unanimous consent.
The board also approved renewing memberships in the Minnesota Rural Education Association and the Minnesota School Board Association for the 2026–27 academic year on a motion by Jodee Haugen, seconded by Heather Magnusson (UC). These approvals are routine annual authorizations intended to maintain participation in cooperative purchasing and membership services.
