IDA accepts amended Town Square application that swaps condos for hotel units

"We have New York state requirements for public meeting laws to, abide by, and we will abide by those," the chair said, adding that the board will provide advance notice once a date is set. The chair also said a clean copy of the resolution will be circulated to members when available.
