The Carbondale ESD 95 board approved several interagency agreements on July 24 to expand student supports for 2025–26.
The board approved a Memorandum of Agreement with the Southern Illinois University Board of Trustees to establish an assistantship program running through Aug. 14, 2026. It approved an MOU with Metropolitan Family Services and ACT Now to implement the Full-Service Community Schools Program from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, and an MOU with Centerstone to collaborate on providing behavioral health services from Aug. 1, 2025, through July 31, 2026. The board also approved a partnership with Resilient Southern Illinois to create trauma-responsive school supports.
