Board unanimously approves consent items including HR actions and appointment of outside counsel
Summary

Vice Chair Pam Shields moved to approve the confirmation items as presented; Director Claudia Andrews seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.
The consent bundle included site council minutes and miscellaneous items; financial statements; enrollment reports and class-size analysis; human resources items including a resignation, new hire and dismissal of licensed staff plus a classified vacation expiration extension MOU; appointment of CDR Labor Law as additional legal counsel for the district; board policy deletions/legal reference updates; student services items; and student travel approvals.
