Spring City Planning Commission approves minutes, records no reports and adjourns

The Spring City Planning Commission met Dec. 12, 2024. Chairman Thomas Beaver called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.; the minutes list Secretary Lee Booker, Mayor Leon Locke, member Tony Wesolowski, Regional Planner Jonathon Rush, City Manager Stephania Motes and City Recorder Brenda Dodson as present. Vice-Chairman Jeremy Hixson was recorded as absent. Several residents attended and were listed in the minutes.
The commission approved the Oct. 10, 2024 meeting minutes after a motion by Mayor Leon Locke and a second from Secretary Lee Booker; the minutes state "ALL AYES, MOTION CARRIED." The reports section recorded "No Reports." Secretary Lee Booker moved to adjourn; the meeting was adjourned at 7:10 p.m. according to the minutes.
