Morgan County adopts 120-day moratorium on data centers to allow rulemaking

Commissioner Nathan Park moved to approve the 120-day temporary moratorium and Commissioner Carl Jones seconded; the motion passed unanimously. The moratorium will pause new data-center applications in the county while staff drafts regulatory language for the board’s future consideration.
