Board member Spencer Rockwell reported he has obtained a Restricted Substitute Teaching license and said he will work through EduStaff to substitute in the district; Rockwell told the board he had consulted with the superintendent, personnel staff, and legal counsel and that EduStaff employment avoids a conflict of interest.
