The resolution delegates authority to the School Business Administrator to execute the transfers under N.J.S.C. 6A:23A-13.3.
The board also accepted monthly financial reports and the School Business Administrator’s certification that no major account had been overexpended as of Sept. 30, 2024, in compliance with N.J.A.C. 6:20-2.13(3). The vote on the consent items was recorded as YES—8, NO—0, ABSENT—1.
