Action items included awarding the Meeks Bay pressure‑reducing valve construction contract to the apparent low bidder. Staff disclosed a bid tabulation correction that adjusted the originally reported low bid from $646,425 to $659,925; the project award remained within the budget approved earlier in the meeting, and the board approved the contract unanimously.
Board members also approved a suite of related resolutions implementing the Proposition 218 maximums for 2025 and multiple budget resolutions. Roll‑call votes were unanimous on the matters presented.
