"We are hopeful that we will select the vendor, go through the implementation process, and be rocking and rolling in 2025 by the end of the year," staff said when discussing the CMMS timeline.
At the Avenue facility staff reported heating replacement work is completed this year, noted design work for window and roof replacement next year, and outlined plans to add EV charging at the administration facility while starting electrical work for a community center using Liberty Energy grant infrastructure where possible.
