Director of Business Services Janet Melsness presented the district’s most recent financial report and told trustees that the district received the Government Finance Officers Association Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting for the 2022–2023 year. The board approved the monthly financial report as part of the consent agenda.
In action items the board approved grant awards totaling $27,752 and voted to pay OSBA Legal Assistance Trust dues of $1,600; both motions passed unanimously. The board also approved the personnel items, minutes and surplus items included on the consent agenda.
