Wong clarified how bond proceeds will be coded separately: capital projects funded by the bond will be recorded in Fund 400 (capital projects), not the general operating fund, and while bond projects are expected to relieve some general-fund maintenance pressure over time, some maintenance needs outside the bond proposal will remain on the general fund.
