He asked staff to follow up with enforcement and to keep the council informed on actions to address chronic property maintenance issues.
Other council members reported progress on the Affordable Housing Advisory Board nomination interviews and requested the committee bring recommendations by the end of the month. No formal votes were taken on these items.
