Middleton reported attendance patterns: 58 students attended regularly (three or more days), 43 students attended nine days and 22 had perfect attendance across the 12-day program. Parent feedback included: "Jump Start gave my child a sense of structure and prepared them for a typical classroom." Middleton said the program prioritized inclusivity, serving children with IFSPs and dual-language learners and that preliminary outcome data collection is underway.
Board members did not take formal action on JumpStart at this meeting but received the report and were told additional data about long-term impacts will be provided later.
