At its Nov. 17 meeting, the Milton-Freewater Unified School District board approved the consent agenda, which included donations and prior meeting minutes.
Superintendent Aaron Duff listed three donations submitted for board approval: $250 from Amavi Cellars to Gib Olinger (school supplies), $100 from Meredith Corliss for clothing at Gib Olinger, and $350 from the Rotary Club to support FBLA at McLoughlin High School. Don Miller moved to approve the consent agenda; the motion was seconded by Kelly Kessler and passed unanimously.
The board also formally accepted the minutes of the Sept. 8, 2025 meeting and the financial report (staff finance lead Denyce Kelly was not in attendance but Duff was available to answer questions).
