The Milton-Freewater Unified School District board voted unanimously Nov. 17 to accept two vendor bids for the Grove Sports Complex: Nor‑Pac Seating for aluminum bleachers at $46,100 and a Daktronics BA 2125 scoreboard at $22,781.
Superintendent Aaron Duff presented the proposals and described the items as materials and installation. Board member Vince Ruzicka moved to accept the proposals as presented; the motion was seconded and approved without objection.
The combined cost for the two items is $68,881. District staff will manage procurement and installation according to the vendor contracts and the board’s acceptance recorded at the Nov. 17 meeting.
