Royse City ISD holds required TAPR hearing; district posts report and notes litigation holds on accountability distinctions

She reported the district scored "a total of 90 out of 100 points on that," which the CFO had described as earning "a distinction of superior," and said the district's special education determination is that it "meets requirements." Christiansen also noted that some distinctions and accreditation releases are currently in litigation and therefore will not be posted until resolved.
Board members thanked the presenter and reminded the public that additional details would be available at the DEIC meeting on January 22. No board action was taken; the hearing was a statutorily required presentation and public opportunity for discussion.
