CES95 sets tentative FY26 budget on display, schedules Sept. 30 public hearing

The board also established Sept. 30, 2025, at 7:00 PM for the public hearing and adoption of the budget.
Board members voted by roll call to set the display period and hearing date so the district could meet the statutory requirement to display the tentative budget for 30 days before adoption; the public-hearing portion is scheduled to follow an executive session that evening, with the regular meeting reconvening for public session.
