Board approves contract amendments raising senior administrators' salaries

The minutes list amended annual rates and one-time off-schedule payments: Dr. Jay Greenlinger (Assistant Superintendent, Personnel/Pupil Services) at Range M095, Step D(4) — $192,788 and a one-time payment of $1,927.88; Julie McBride (Assistant Superintendent, Educational Services) at Range M495, Step A(1) — $179,860 and a one-time payment of $1,798.60; Dr. Joshua Randall (Deputy Superintendent, Business Services) at Range M396, Step E(5) — $225,300 and a one-time payment of $2,253; and Superintendent Catherine Kawaguchi at Range M199, Step E(5) — $293,045 and a one-time payment of $2,930.45.
Board motions to approve each amendment passed by voice vote (5-0) according to the minutes. District staff said the 1% ongoing increases and 1% one-time payments are consistent with increases approved for other non-management certificated employees in the district.
