Board picks blue color scheme for new Skyline Ranch school in 3–2 roll-call vote

Deputy Superintendent Joshua Randall presented three schemes (green, tan, blue); trustees Shelley Weinstein, Lori MacDonald and President Denis DeFigueiredo voted in favor while Ken Chase and Paola Jellings opposed the motion.
The choice was recorded by roll-call to document the split decision. The minutes show the Board recommended a roll-call vote at the president's suggestion; the motion to adopt Idea 3 was made by Mrs. Weinstein and seconded by Mrs. MacDonald. The selection does not, in the minutes, include budget or construction timing details and appears limited to color palette approval at this stage.
