Among the items, council approved modifying the funding source to reappropriate $750,000 of lapsed funding to the water distribution project, clarified transfers between Royce Drive stormwater outfall improvements Phase 2 and the Washington Manor outfall improvements project, and modified amounts within the public safety section to support a consolidated public safety radio replacement project. Each motion was seconded and adopted by recorded 9-0 votes.
The adjustments were presented as technical and programmatic changes to funding sources and project attachments; council did not amend the policies underlying those projects in the meeting's public session.
