Chair Kathy Wai convened an executive session of the North Clackamas School District 12 Board at 5:31 p.m. on Aug. 8, 2024 under ORS 192.660(2)(f) "to consider information or records that are exempt by law from public inspection," the board record shows. Present were Vice Chair Jena Benologa, Directors Mitzi Bauer, April Dobson, Paul Kemp, Tory McVay and Glenn Wachter (virtual), and Board Secretary Donna Colingwood. Legal counsel Jollee Patterson advised the board on the complaint during the session.
