The North Clackamas School District Board approved R25/26-43 establishing property taxes for tax year 2026–27. April Dobson moved and Paul Kemp seconded the motion imposing a $4.8701 per $1,000 permanent rate, a $1.63 per $1,000 local option rate, and $46,715,943 for general obligation bond debt service; the motion passed 7-0.
The board then approved R25/26-44 to categorize those taxes for purposes of Article XI section 11b (Education Limitation permanent rate, local option rate, and excluded bond debt service). The votes were unanimous 7-0. The actions set tax rates that will appear on next year’s property tax statements and secure dedicated debt-service funding for outstanding general obligation bonds.
