Board approves resignations, renewals and extra-duty contracts in consent actions

During the March 9 meeting the board approved multiple consent and personnel items presented by Superintendent Aaron Duff, including extra-duty contracts, certified resignations, and renewals of probationary and contract teachers as well as administrators.
Specific resignations accepted were Makayla Kelly (Behavior Support Specialist, Gib Olinger Elementary), Janice LaFountaine (Teacher, Gib Olinger Elementary), Debra Martinez (Teacher, Gib Olinger Elementary) and Stacey Warne (Counselor, Central Middle School). Motions to approve the resignations and to renew the listed licensed employees and administrators were made and approved unanimously. Kelly Kessler moved to approve extra-duty contracts; Vince Ruzicka seconded and the board voted to approve those contracts "as presented."
