Commissioners approve multiple contracts including pest control, clerk subscription and pavement marking

At its July 15 meeting the Erie County Commissioners adopted a series of procurement-related resolutions. The board entered a Service Agreement with Fortress Pest Control, LLC for The Meadows at Osborn Park effective Aug. 1, 2026 through July 31, 2027 for $4,250 (#26-181). The Clerk of Courts was authorized to acquire a Lexis+ with Protégé subscription for $1,020 covering 7/31/26 through 7/31/30 (#26-184).
The board also awarded 2026 pavement marking on township roads to Oglesby Construction for $72,965.80 (#26-185) and later adopted a contract with Henry W. Bergman, Inc. to place chip seal on various township roads for $199,911.35 (#26-193). All listed procurement motions carried on roll call as recorded in the minutes.
