Signal Service Company submitted the lowest bid at $98,000; Perram Electric submitted $113,622.60. The posted engineer estimate was $111,000.
On motion of Mr. Shoffner and second of Mr. Shenigo, "the board accepts bids for Traffic Signals and refers same to the County Engineer for review and recommendation back to the Board"; the motion carried on roll call. The board took no final award at the meeting and sent the bids for engineering review and recommendation before a later decision.
