Commission approves Wholesale Electric site plan for 2409 Military Road

Chelsea read the application: "Philip Lewis Engineering on behalf of Wholesale Electric is requesting approval of a site plan for their office space to be located at 2409 Military Road," and noted that the property is zoned C2 and that DRC and Benton Utilities have approved the plans.
After the presentation and no public opposition, commissioners moved, seconded and voted to approve the site plan. Chair Jim Stillwell said the project "will be an exciting addition to Military Road." The transcript records seven affirmative votes and the item passing.
