Residents urge Winlock to address parking shortages, ADA enforcement and speeding

Councilmembers acknowledged the concerns and indicated staff and the Police Department would be the appropriate contacts for enforcement; no new enforcement actions or directives were adopted at the meeting. The council also observed that some parking and ADA issues involve private property owners and require coordination beyond city enforcement alone.
