County approves $22,620 rollover for cybersecurity tools from prior grant

"The request is to move remaining funds in that line to this year's fiscal budget in the amount of $22,620 to continue using for grant approved cybersecurity tools," the presenter said, and gave examples including multifactor authentication projects and additional licensing for new users.
Commissioners asked about the specific tools and staff clarified they would be used for multifactor authentication keys, licensing and other software or services that support the county's security posture. The board moved, seconded, and approved the rollover by roll call.
