Board approves agenda, minutes and bills; approves payments including Dolly Parton Imagination Library invoice
Summary
Trustees unanimously approved the agenda, the June 3 minutes and payment of June bills. The Director noted the Dollywood Foundation invoice is for the Dolly Parton Imagination Library and a Waggle Dance Books invoice is a payment to a local author, Will Swain.
At the start of the meeting President Cretzmeyer called the session to order and trustees moved to approve the agenda and the June 3 minutes. Pat Kenner moved to approve the agenda and the motion passed unanimously after Molly Logan seconded; Kenner later moved to approve the minutes, and Lisa Mellecker seconded that motion.
The board then considered bills for June. Galstad pointed out that "the invoice from Dollywood Foundation is a Dolly Parton Imagination Library payment." Lisa Mellecker asked about a Waggle Dance Books invoice and learned it is payment to local author Will Swain for an extra copy he will present. Deborah Hatz moved that the bills be paid as presented, and Logan seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
