The Coralville City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2026-1008 on third and final consideration to amend the Coralville Community Plan. The ordinance re-designates a portion of Outlot A, Coral Crossing — Third Addition, from Corridor Commercial use to High-Density Residential.
The change was introduced by Councilperson Knudson and seconded by Councilperson Vogelzang; a roll call vote was taken and the motion carried. The ordinance moves the land-use designation in the community plan and will guide future zoning and development decisions for that parcel.
