At its March 23 meeting the Winlock City Council took several procedural and administrative actions. Among them: a motion to excuse Councilwoman Alishia Hornburg; approval of the amended agenda and consent minutes; approval of a $25,000 contract with Jackson Civil Engineering to prepare a Lewis County '09 Funds' grant application for a downtown parking lot; and approval of Treasurer Option 2 (10% out-of-class increase and overtime accrual) for the Clerk serving as interim Treasurer.
The council tabled consideration of Teresa D. Johnson CPA services and ADP payroll services, removed a proposed special meeting scheduled for March 26, and removed Bank Signer Approval from the agenda after Mayor Marincin confirmed bank access details. The meeting adjourned at 7:41 p.m.
