During a public hearing Nov. 17 the Board disclosed Sunnyvale ISD’s Texas Education Agency FIRST rating for the 2024–2025 school year. "The district earned the rating of Superior Achievement for the 2024-2025 school year," the record states. The Board opened the floor for comments and none were made.
The FIRST (Financial Integrity Rating System of Texas) rating is a state‑issued accountability measure for school district financial management. District staff presented the rating as an informational item and no Board action beyond the required public disclosure was recorded at the meeting.
