Board denies Level Three grievance No. 6; one trustee absent for vote

Approved 6-0" with Trustee Lee Mathew absent. The board had conducted executive-session hearings and consulted legal counsel under Tex. Gov't Code §§551.071, 551.074 and 551.0821 prior to acting in open session.
