The Bridgton Planning Board reviewed the Randall subdivision packet in the absence of the applicant and found several items that must be clarified or submitted before the board can proceed to completeness or schedule a public hearing.
Board members said the application lacked required fire protection documentation, financial‑capacity evidence, clear buffer descriptions and maintenance schedules, explicit stormwater and phosphorus calculations, and consistent lot numbering (map vs. assessor records). A member also highlighted a small wetland swale near the entrance that needs technical clarification and noted the application references phase construction without explaining sequencing.
Staff will compile the board's list of missing items and send it to the applicant in advance of the next meeting; the chair said the board will call a public hearing when the application is complete.
