Board members who attended the site walk said sight lines to neighbors appear acceptable in most locations but suggested adding a pine tree or two in a small gap to improve screening. An applicant representative said the buffers shown on the plan will be pinned and that the engineered stormwater features will be installed once state and town approvals are finished.
Conditions the board emphasized include securing the required driveway permit and showing buffer and stormwater features on the recorded plan; members discussed but did not add additional constraints beyond ensuring the plan shows where stone walls will remain and where the driveway cut occurs.
