The Throckmorton Collegiate ISD Board of Trustees approved the minutes of its Nov. 20 meeting and accepted the district check register and financial report during the Dec. 18 regular meeting.
The motion to approve the Nov. 20 minutes was made by Brady Ash and seconded by Terry Lowery; the motion carried with six yeas and one absence (Kena Whitfield). The financial report was moved for approval by Whitney Waller, seconded by Cole Clark, and likewise carried 6–0 with one absence. No amendments or further discussion on those consent items were recorded in the minutes.
