There were no votes against and no absences; the motion carried unanimously.
The minutes do not attach the appraisal district's proposed budget nor provide dollar amounts or the district's stated reasons for the board's disapproval. The motion authorized filing the board's resolution with the appraisal district secretary as provided by Tex. Tax Code §6.06(b).
