Following the presentation, Trustee Matt Crawford moved to approve the audit, Trustee Kip Amick seconded and the motion passed 7-0.
The audit acceptance indicates auditors found no reportable control deficiencies or compliance issues for the covered year. Board members did not request additional follow-up items at the meeting. The unanimous vote completes the district's formal acceptance of the independent financial review for 2023'24.
