"There's maybe three options on the table, and I wanted to kinda get that hammered out," the mayor said. Several council members emphasized that the priority is timely service: "The number one thing is make sure we're servicing our residents with timely and good service," one member said. The mayor suggested a contingency resolution tying local commitment to Rivervale's participation, but council members said they need a definitive answer from Rivervale's administrators before committing.
