The Old Tappan Borough Council approved two personnel items at its February meeting, reappointing Evelyn Scott as tax collector for a four-year term and reappointing Evan Kudson as fire marshal for a two-year term. Councilman Gwan announced the items, saying, “Tax collector, Evelyn Scott, up for a 4 year appointment. And then there’s fire for fire marshal, Evan Kudson, to reappoint him for a 2 year time period.” The motion to approve was seconded and council members recorded affirmative votes in the subsequent roll call.
