Pitman council clears Santa Parade, Small Business Weekend and holiday events

The council voted by motion to approve the permits; the minutes record that insurance certificates were provided for the events. Roll call included targeted abstentions: Councilperson James abstained on the Holiday Sing‑Along item, and Councilman Mazzola abstained on the Small Business Weekend approval but voted yes on the remainder of items. The signage application for a Christmas display in Ballard Park was also approved.
