At its June 11 meeting the Borough of Clayton Council approved a five-item consent agenda by a single motion. Resolutions included authorizing payment of bills (Res. 132-26), renewing alcoholic beverage consumption licenses for 2026–2027 (Res. 133-26), executing a payroll services contract with PrimePoint HR & Payroll (Res. 134-26), approving a memorandum of understanding with Rebecca Viola (Res. 135-26) in recognition of her retirement, and appointing Sam Teague Jr. as Recycling Coordinator (Res. 136-26). The motion to approve the consent agenda (Moorhouse/Wolak) carried on roll call with five yes votes.
Council members noted the payroll vendor change and an MOU for Viola; no members of the public opposed the consent items. Staff will proceed with contract execution and the personnel appointment follows standard municipal appointment procedures.
