At its Nov. 12 meeting the Borough of Pitman adopted a consent agenda that included five resolutions and administrative items presented as routine business. Resolutions approved included tax refunds (Resolutions No. 168 and No. 172), refund and cancellation of 2024 and 2025 taxes on Block 125, Lot 12 (Resolution No. 171), and the appointment of Jennifer Fisher as a part‑time employee at McCowan Memorial Library (Resolution No. 169).
Council also authorized execution of a shared‑services agreement to contribute toward the cost of School Resource Officer(s) for the Pitman School District for the 2024–2025 school year (Resolution No. 170). The consent agenda was enacted by motion (Fitzpatrick/James) and approved by roll call; specific roll‑call tallies were recorded in the minutes for abstentions where noted.
Councilman Mazzola later presented the bill list for payment and the motion to pay bills carried; Councilman Uyehara recorded abstentions on specified invoice numbers but voted yes to the remainder. The approvals advance routine personnel and intergovernmental arrangements without separate debate.
